Fredericka Manor to Debut Expanded Memory Care Accommodations

Summer House opened in 2015 with 22 cottage-style homes, each with modern comforts, classic styling and its own trellis-covered front porch. In January 2024, Fredericka Manor will debut its Summer House expansion, which adds an additional 22 cottages on the west side of the Fredericka campus. The new Summer House offers the same services and amenities as the original.

Technologies like Music and Memory®, stimulate familiarity, while robot and audio-animatronic pets provide comfort to residents and It’s Never 2 Late, an interactive giant touch screen, engages residents in meaningful ways.
